I've worked as an individual contributor as well as a recruiting manager, leading and training teams of sourcers to uncover hard-to-find candidates. Lately I've been focusing on helping Public Relations, Marketing, Hydropower, Water Resources and Nondestructive Test Equipment Manufacturing clients in the US find the talent they need to help run their businesses. Clients and candidates both appreciate that I can talk their talk and understand their industries.
