Our two clinics serve over 4750 unique members each year. We are proud of our CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accreditation and we have held this distinction since 2003.At Team Wellness Center, we understand the importance of good mental health and quality of life. Stress, depression and severe mental illness can happen to anyone. We are proud to offer an outstanding selection of mental health care services in a variety of settings. All mental health care services, programs and groups are provided using the person centered planning process.
