Established in 1978 by Joseph T. (Tommy) Spinosa, JTS is a real estate investment, development, and management company headquartered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. JTS and its affiliates currently own and manage eleven office properties, five multi-family properties, one mixed-use development, and several other developments in the design and planning phases.The JTS staff includes approximately sixty-five employees whose skills include asset management, acquisition and development analysis and construction.
