The genocide demonstrated the desperate need for African leaders who are willing to put the needs of their constituents first and who will work to resolve long-standing, deep-seated tribal and ethnic conflicts. ALARM stepped into this gap and works to develop servant leaders who reconcile relationships and transform communities. ALARM has offices and national African staff in Burundi, D.R. Congo, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania, and Uganda.
