We have our own board of directors and focus our work on creating long-lasting changes by addressing the underlying causes of problems with our community. United Way of Northwest Arkansas is working to unite our communities to empower people and improve lives. Our focus is to identify and remove barriers many people face so that all families can be self-sufficient.
