Chien Yi is AS9100 certified machine shop providing production of CNC turning and milling. We have been in business for over 9 years. Our shop had 18 sets machines of CNC milling machining center and CNC lathe machining center. CO2 welding and argon welding machines are also available to best meet your needs.We mainly focused on CNC milled and turned products primarily for the aerospace, machine and electronic industry. Among different materials, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, al-alloy, alloy steel etc, are able to produce to meet your need. Complex structures can be formed by our five-axis, four-axis, three-axis CNC machines. Tolerance can be reached to ±0.02mm, even to ±0.01mm as customer required. Surface treatment we can offer includes anodizing with different color, painting, powder coating, polishing and black oxide.
