Located on the edge of the University Village we are a melting pot of people who work harder each day to be better then the day before. Varying in skill level and ability we join together to be the change we wish to see in our lives. Check your ego at the door, show up ready to work hard and we do the rest for you. We guide you through the class, teach you the movements, and tweak the workout to meet you where you are at. Gone will be the days of going to the gym and leaving feeling like you wasted your time. This is the one time of you day that is planned for you.Our goal is for you to have the best hour of your day while simultaneously improving the quality of your life. Our goals may vary from losing or gaining weight, being able to chase your kids/grandkids, get off your chronic disease medication, compete collegiately, or simply look good naked. While our whys may differ we come together creating an incredibly powerful environment that fuels change.Beyond the incredibly effective programming the one element that makes CrossFit so successful for people is the fact that when you come to class you make friends. Our members end up baby sitting each others kids, becoming room mates, your hair dresser, your dentist, your landlord, best friend or employer.
