Since then, SK Geo Centric has been supplying a wide range of raw and supplementary materials that the customers and markets need. Through continuous facility investment, R&D and global business expansion, SK Geo Centric is maintaining its position as the nation's leader in the petrochemical industry.In February 2017 SK Geo Centric reached an agreement to acquire the global Ethylene Acrylic Acid (EAA) copolymers and ionomers business from Dow Chemical Company, including the factory based in Tarragona and the intellectual property and product trademarks associated (PRIMACOR™). To manage the business from Spain, the group decided to set up a local limited liability company: SK PRIMACOR EUROPE S.L.U., which was successfully and legally established that summer and began its operations on September 1, 2017.
