Cannabuzz started as a pipe dream (get it, pipe dream? 😂). I wasn't sure there was a way to combine my love for cannabis with my social media and customer service knowledge. However, with the legalization of recreational cannabis use in California I knew that it was either jump now or miss my chance.As someone who not only visits dispensaries but also has 15 years in the customer service industry, I know what consumers are looking for when it comes to social media interaction.
