Each 90-110 minute session includes a combination of the following along with an initial consultation and follow up assessments: Focused massage to address the soft tissues, chiropractic adjustment and VOILA structural balancing to align the framework, microcurrent acupoint therapy to enhance recovery and reduce stress on the nervous system, and a targeted corrective exercise session to address areas of reduced mobility, weakness or instability.
