We produce thousands of tortillas and corn chips every day. We serve small, family-owned restaurants, national restaurant chains, 5-star hotels and food service companies.Even though our production has increased over the years, we still make everything the old-fashioned way. Our recipes consist of locally-grown, Texas corn. By using the traditional lava stone grinder, we preserve natural taste and texture.
