Synergeia Foundation, Inc. is a non-government organization which aims to improve the quality of basic education in the Philippines by empowering the communities around public schools. Synergeia works with local governments, the Department of Education, socio-civic groups, schools, teachers, parents, and students to implement systemic programs that will improve the process, systems, and structures of learning and teaching. Our primary responsibility is to help local communities determine the main obstacles to quality education in their areas and guide them in coming up with work programs that address these needs. We give consultations, facilitate program development, and network the communities to different resource groups that could help them implement their projects. We have over 150 program areas all over the Philippines which we guide through constant consultation and facilitation.
