We are the 2009, 2013 and 2014 National Home Health Elite winners comparing with currently a Medicare Five Star Rated Home Health Compare Score in 2017. We are home health professionals including services of skill nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, medical social services, speech therapy and certified home health aid.
