New York Food Coach is a company created from the love of eating healthy, desiring to help others learn how to cook simply, minimally processed, traditional/non-traditional food. Some clients wish to lose weight while others want to learn how to incorporate vegetarian meals and to generally eat to feel better. NYFC teaches one-on-one as well as small groups. Each lesson is customized for the client. NYFC teaches all types of food for all types of tastes!Taft Foodmasters, LLC, is the parent company to NYFC. TF creates recipes/products for the quick food service industry that is low in calories, healthy and delicious. We are currently working on products that are confidential in nature due to the fact that these will be presented with rights of exclusivity to a quick service food company.
