Hi All, I'm Jess, aged 25! I created this page to help people of all ages with their mental health . Myself and a team of seven friends, want to help support you with your mental illness & well-being. This page was created back on 17th July 2019, due to suicides on the railway tracks in London. The evening before Tuesday 16th July 2019, I was in London with some friends, and on the route journey home, all the trains were cancelled due to three people who decided to end their lives. I felt so bad, and guilty thinking, what is they could of been saved? Or if they only had someone to talk too online? That is where this idea came from, so the next evening I created this page, and here we are now three months on, over 5000 followers and likes, a team, a brand, a logo on our bags and t-shirts and much more! Thank you for your continued support. We are not a professionals or medically trained, we are all here to support you by volunteering and through personal experiences with our recovery.
