In 1997, David Scibetta joined Copier Fax Business Technologies to oversee a major expansion in the company's technology services. This partnership has put CFBT and Konica Minolta hardware throughout all Buffalo Sabres offices, including the Rochester Americans' office and arena in downtown Rochester, New York. Part of this partnership was due to CFBT's joint commitment with the Buffalo Sabres to support the growth and development of Buffalo, New York's evolving downtown areas.
