Shenzhen DaJiang Model & Tooling, began in 2003 and located in Shenzhen city with 172 well trained Chinese workers, is a professional and international company engaged in rapid tooling make, injection molding, rapid prototype, high precision machining products, sheet metal products, fixture and mass production.Dajiang(DJ) invested on the latest technology continuously and already equipped the most advanced manufacturing facilities, we have full in-house plastic&metal mold manufacturing, plastic injection molding, silicone molding, high precision machining products, rapid prototyping, SLA printing, painting and assembly capacity, our equipment includes but not limited to: 29 sets of High Precision CNC machines to mill metal and plastic, 6 sets of mirror EDM, 4 sets of slow wire cut, 12 sets injection molding machines range from 60Ton to 1000Ton, 2 sets of Vacuum Casting Machines, 1 set of SLA Printing machine, 1 painting room and 2 set of CMM equipments. We also utilized the advanced CAD/CAM/CAE system, we can work with data in pdf, dwg, dxf, igs, step, x-t etc. DJ will continuously learn and adopt the latest technology to keep its advance and organize management system ensure us to provide stable performance, punctual delivery, competitive price, efficiency communication, flexible to meet customer's most urgent needs.
