CDC Holdings, Inc. is a group of real estate companies engaged in the development, marketing and management of residential and mixed-use projects catering to the middle-income market. The corporate group also derives significant business from the development and operation of serviced apartments targeting extended-stay business and leisure travellers. At the helm of its founding and growth is 30-year real estate industry veteran Melesa Chua who serves as the group's President and Chief Executive Officer. Among CDC Holdings' early notable projects include Crisanta Towers (completed in 1989), Platimum 1000 (completed in1990), Platinum 2000 (completed in 1993) and Quadrillion Mansions (completed in 1995).CDC Holdings was among the first to introduce the serviced apartment concept to the local market when it opened Millennium Plaza Residences in 1993. The company then entered into a joint venture with Singapore-based serviced residence owner-operator The Ascott Limited (Ascott) to launch Somerset Millennium Makati in 2000. Its most recent developments include Lion's Park Residences in Bicutan, Paranaque City and Manila Rivercity Residences in Sta. Ana, Manila. CDC Holdings is set to complete CDC Millennium Ortigas, a mixed-use development in Ortigas Center in 2017. The high-rise project will consist of 90 units of private residences and Citadines Millennium Ortigas Manila, a 290-unit serviced residence operated by Ascott. Commercial spaces for lease are available at its lower floors. In Q1 2017, the company is set to turnover the 770-unit River Green Residences in Sta. Ana, Manila. It is a mixed-use project with two towers of high-rise condominiums and a commercial podium.
