Working with a range of international bodies, IOD PARC has led over of seven-hundred consultancy assignments in more than one-hundred countries world-wide. Specialising in conducting large-scale, highly-complex, and politically-sensitive studies, our experience includes: • Global evaluations of international policies and institutions. • Developing and implementing performance assessment systems of corporate and organisational performance. • Providing monitoring and evaluation support to government departments, bilateral and multilateral aid organisations. Notably IOD PARC is undertaking the 2015/16 and 2017/18 rounds of MOPAN assessments for the Organisation of Economic Cooperation and Development. Furthermore our successful delivery of the DFID's Specialist Evaluation and Quality Assurance Service helpdesk ensured the successful award of the successor contract, in which we offer expert technical advice and quality assurance for designing, implementing, and learning from evaluation processes.
