Avillia has several projects in the City of Edmonton as well as in the Edmonton Capital region including Sherwood Park, Leduc, Beaumont, and Spruce Grove. Recently, we have expanded into British Columbia's North Okanagan region. What drives us is a passion for developing functional, beautiful and diverse environments for people to live, work and relax.Our primary business is the development of communities; however, we also provide consulting and advisory services to others in the development industry such as banks, municipalities and other land developers
