ORB is an independent community interest company established in 2009. A businesses membership organisation with a difference. Our mission is to create positive change for business and society by showing SMEs the financial benefits of being socially and environmentally responsible.We support our members and also PROMOTE them in our special online directory, http://wwwTheResponsibleBusinessDirectory.co.ukBusinesses from all sectors can apply for membership, but they must pass the Responsible Business Questionnaire before they can apply.We also offer a Responsible Business/Social Value Course with various Certification Options. The Responsible Business Standard was launched in 2011 and validated by Anglia Ruskin University. Originally only available as a full onsite auditable certification, it has now be remodelled to provide a superb course and responsible business certification. Primarily designed for small businesses including those with no employees, both the course and certification options are suitable for organisations of all types and size.
