Dr. Jill Balla Shaw, the founder of Authentic Health, believes that when a Doctor's health is congruent with their own methods of healing, this synchrony positively affects all aspects of the Doctor's life. She is a powerful proponent of the healing properties of whole food supplements, herbals and homeopathic remedies, especially when used in conjunction with standard chiropractic therapy. She can help you maximize the effectiveness of nutritional therapy whether it means advising on a case, coaching you through starting a nutrition program, helping a patient, or for the sake of your own health and wellbeing. Dr. Jill Balla Shaw is a Doctor of Chiropractic with over a decade of experience and a specialty in therapeutic nutrition. Dr. Shaw founded Authentic Health with the intention of providing personalized nutrition therapy as a way for Doctors to "practice what they preach," so they can be better, more present healers. A graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, she has completed extensive post doctoral training and maintains a private practice, JBS Wellness, in Gurnee, Illinois.
