Decro develops, constructs, finances, operates, and maintains affordable and permanent supportive housing projects and mixed-use developments for families and seniors who are low and very-low, income individuals with mental health and physical challenges, and transition aged youth. We pursue businesses and capital to revitalize disadvantaged communities, stimulate economic opportunity and promote job growth. Decro partners with national social enterprises, local nonprofit community development organizations, for-profit developers, public agencies, private financial institutions, low-income housing and New Markets tax credit investors, social service providers, and other stakeholders to create and sustain secure and enriching environments that promote individual growth and family stability and encourage residents to participate economically, educationally, and spiritually in their community.
