The new United States Football League (USFL) is a professional football league dedicated to the development of players who have skill and talent but have fallen through the cracks in the NFL system. Our objective is to "Keep the Dream Alive" for those players to prepare them for advancement to the NFL. The USFL is led by an exceptional management team with more than 100 years executive experience on nine different NFL teams, as well as experience in player representation, media and marketing, all committed to making this League a reality. The League will fill the void in the football calendar, with eight teams playing a fourteen game schedule in the spring and early summer, and will not compete with the NFL in any way. Although we are excited about kicking off the League as soon as possible, we will not do so until full capitalization is in place to secure long-term sustainability and assure the payment of all compensation and all other expenses. We have been working for more than a year ironing out the wrinkles and putting the finishing touches on our business plan. We have adopted a financing plan to secure the capital we need that minimizes risk to investors and offers an independent return on investment. All the pieces are in place. At present our sole focus is on completing our financial arrangements so we can then select team cities, hire coaches, sign players and present exciting, high quality, and competitive spring football.
