Members get their voice heard and views represented, participation in the development of new claims, receive negotiation updates and give final approval of outcome.Workload: CPSU helps members with measuring and resolving workload issues.Secure employment: CPSU closely examines the use of fixed term and casual work with a view to strengthen the capacity of employees to be offered full or part time ongoing secure work.WorkCover: Our WorkCover expert supports members who are injured at work.Misconduct: All employees are entitled to procedural fairness and natural justice.
