Residential Mortgage, LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Northrim Bank. Established in 1998, we started out with 30 employees and two branch offices, today we have 125 people and locations throughout Alaska to serve your needs.Our mission is to find the mortgage that best fits our clients' needs.
