JMP Consulting was founded in May of 2008 by J. Michael Peace, who has a strong background in SAP for Utilities (CCS / IS-U) and has been working with SAP IS-U and the Utilities Industry for over 8 years in many aspects, including taking on lead consultant roles in IS-U Billing, Invoicing & Rate Functional Areas during entire project lifecycles including post go-live maintenance & support, with experience and extensive knowledge in the Customer Services, Device Management and FICA areas as well. Michael has been an SAP CCS/IS-U Lead for the Billing, Invoicing, Rates, and Bill Print areas during project prep, project team training, blueprint, realization/configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post go-live support phases of SAP for Utilities Implementation projects, and has also participated in numerous pre-sales meetings with multiple utility clients, SAP demo sessions to potential SAP customers, and Assessment Projects with SAP customers who would soon be kicking off full scale CCS/IS-U implementations.
