Now in its 20th year, Canada's Top 100 Employers is the nation's largest editorial project of its kind. Our competition aims to recognize the companies and organizations that lead their industries in creating progressive workplaces and forward-thinking HR policies. Winners are announced each year in The Globe and Mail, on Eluta.ca and in more than a dozen large newspapers and magazines reaching over 13 million Canadians.Employers complete a single application to be considered for our national project and 18 popular regional and special-interest competitions. This provides transparency in the selection of winners and raises the bar for other employers aiming to emulate the best-practices our editors uncover.The highlight of our project's editorial calendar is the annual Top Employer Summit, a large conference that brings together all the writers and organizers of the Canada's Top 100 Employers project. At the conference, our editorial team showcase the best stories and case studies from the current winners -- and provide valuable insights on next year's competition.
