Our product features a web based HR Portal and mobile first employee app. By automating weekly, bi-weekly or monthly engagement surveys, Serene provides actionable data, showing developing trends and areas of the business that require improvement. Our employee app is where these surveys are completed and provides a direct line of communication between employer and employee. The app is also health & wellness focussed and includes the option to incorporate cannabis as a wellness product. This helps our customers to offset the costs of traditional corporate health benefits but also gives employees insight and education into the different effects of cannabis.
