The mission of the blood center is to provide a safe and adequate supply of blood to the patients we serve. To achieve this mission, fifty to sixty donors are needed daily.The Northern California Community Blood Bank is a non-profit organization.The blood bank began in 1951 and for the past 56 years there has been a diverse group of individuals (too many to name) that have helped the blood bank thrive.
