Established in 2004, Rivercrown's business is organised as two divisions:1. principal investment in lending, credit and equity; and 2. financial and capital markets advisory. Rivercrown has executed more than €10 billion of transactions through its Principal Investment Division and more than €30 billion of transactions through its Financial and Capital Markets Advisory Division. Rivercrown is privately held and has offices across Europe. Our clients and investors include corporates, pension funds, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, private equity firms, banks and funds as both lenders and borrowers. In June 2019, the pan-European business of CR was rebranded as Rivercrown. Founded in 2004, CR initially focused on advising banks and financial institutions on the structuring (and later re-structuring) of complex portfolios of assets and loans. Operations were initially based in the UK and Germany and expanded to other markets.
