TotaLand.com is an internet database application catering to the landman industry. Landmen do their day-to-day work online--setting up tracts, contracts, parties, instruments, wells and units, maintaining notes and statuses and generating contracts, maps and reports. Chain of title, scanned instruments, executed documents and other files are uploaded for sharing in a secure environment. Everyone with access can view, download and comment on progress.
