We believe in taking a gentle, strengths based, client-centred approach with our clients which allows each person to identify and reach their personal goals.Our focus areas include counselling for depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, trauma and post traumatic stress disorder (including complex trauma) adjustment to life changes, relationship issues, family difficulties, grief and loss, low self-esteem, school issues and marriage counselling.We also work closely with clients who are looking to engage a psychologist for purposes of self-development and personal growth.
