Orangetheory Fitness is heart-rate monitored, full body training designed to keep each participant in target heart rate zones in order to stimulate metabolism, increase energy and efficiently strengthen and tone muscles. The workout consists of cardio and strength training, including free weights and TRX. Orangetheory Fitness was called the "best one hour workout in the Country" by the New York Times. The Company currently has over 400 locations and expects to open an additional 200-300 in 2016.
