Andrews Engineering Co. is a civil engineering, surveying, and construction management firm located in Beaufort, South Carolina. Founded by Steve Andrews, AEC has successfully engineered and permitted commercial, residential, governmental, and design-build projects throughout the Lowcountry since the early 1990's. Our projects typically require feasibility studies, surveying, planning and site layout, grading, access and road design, wet and dry utilities, and stormwater management plans, and construction administration. We strive to serve each of our customers as if they are the only customer. We work diligently to put our best effort into all that we do. Our focus is on providing sound designs that are cost efficient and effective. Through our many years of experience in the Lowcountry, the AEC team has developed trusting and respectful relationships with the community and the regulatory agencies.
