He is a current or past member of the Home Builder's Association, Better Business Bureau and is active in the Austintown Growth Foundation. One of his first ventures was Countryside in West Austintown. Other successful subdivisions include Stone Hollow, Spring Meadow, Meander Cove, Victory Hill and Boulder Creek in Austintown, Huntington Woods in Boardman, Eagle Ridge in Newton Falls,Woodland Ridge in Hubbard, and Bricker Farms in Salem.
