We will:• Provide a detailed comprehensive written estimate free of charge.• Supply adequate contract insurance for the whole duration of your works.• Advise you of any unforeseen or variable costs before we start your project.• Commit to a realistic timescale for your job.• Ensure maximum efficiency and minimum disruption.• TAKE NO DEPOSITS OR UP FRONT PAYMENTS• Arrange for you to meet with our customers to view our work and discuss our standards.• Let you keep 2.5% of the project value for 3 months after the completion date.As you can see from the above, we aim to build a fair and honest relationship with our customers.
