Sira Consulting is a Dutch consultancy firm specialised in providing governments with data-driven, independent advice with regard to Better Regulation, reducing the cost of doing business, growing the economy and increasing employment opportunities. We have been active for more than 15 years and employ 25 experienced consultants. We measure and reduce regulatory burdens and red tape, conduct impact assessments and policy evaluations, improve service delivery through process optimisation, and provide strategic advice. Our goalsOur goal is to help realize economic growth, job creation, active public participation and good governance. We combine content-expertise and process-expertise with quantitative and qualitative research in order to translate complex policy issues into workable, pragmatic solutions for public administrations, businesses and citizens.Our consultantsOur core team exists of experienced project leaders well equipped to carry out any of the following tasks: project management, coordination and communication, stakeholder management, working with recognised methodologies and techniques, conducting interviews, facilitating working sessions, giving presentations, analysing qualitative and quantitative data and writing reports.
