Our mission is to help create "Better Building Data" for Building Owners, Designers/ Engineers, and Contractors to utilize in their daily workflow. One of the biggest challenges of existing building is having accurate historical data available to those who need access. Whether it be accurate floor plans (if even available) or records of the installed assets, the data needed was either not available or was unreliable. To help bridge this gap we have established our services around helping you create, validate, and organize site documentation and installed assets that are important to the good work that you do. Our process includes working with key stake-holders to build a custom roadmap to identify what tools are a "best fit" for the client and will be in compliance with company standards. A variety of tools are used including 3D Virtual Imaging / laser scanning, smart tags including bluetooth low energy or "BLE" beacons, and web based asset management platforms to make the data available and easily found.
