Toppers entered the promotional products arena in Philadelphia in 1968 as a blank hat supplier to apparel wholesalers, hence the name. Now, with over 40 years of experience, Toppers is a leading supplier to decorators, apparel wholesalers and promotional product distributors with an extensive selection of bags, business accessories and outdoor/leisure items such as coolers, aprons, umbrellas and, of course, hats. It's All Greek To Me began in 1982 with a marketing concept by a clever UCLA college student to sell teddy bears to local colleges as team mascots.
