We are an American Baptist congregation located in the heart of Colorado Springs. Our commitment as a community of believers is to the gospel of Jesus Christ.We meet regularly for worship on Sunday at 10:30 am; church school classes are available for all ages at 9:00 am.First Baptist Church is a congregation whose faith is centered in the Scriptures. We seek to live in conformity to Jesus Christ, extending the good news of the Gospel to those who do not know him, and serving others through mission work in our community and our broader world.Our fellowship is a supportive one. We constantly seek to care for each other in responsible ways. If you choose to participate in the life of the church we will do what we can to grow with you, both in your knowledge of Scripture and in your ability to serve others. Bible studies, small groups, mission opportunities and worship are all part of what we do together, and we welcome your involvement. We look forward to seeing you!
