We take our business seriously.The marketplace is saturated with providers willing to provide "tick box" solutions. That might be ok if you're baking cakes but if your intent is to rescue people or to venture into higher risk operational environments then it is definitely not the way to go. Our extensive experience shows that in order to develop people for these roles, you have to be willing to ask the hard questions & create the necessary level of challenging circumstances.
