Østensjø Rederi is a family-owned company, established in 1974 by owner Johannes Østensjø. The company has since its beginning been a leading provider of offshore- and towage services worldwide. It operates a fleet of 31 modern vessels, including 20 tugs/mooring vessels, 8 offshore service vessels, including 2 SOV's operating in the renewable market, and 1 accommodation vessel. The Østensjø group also delivers crew services to the shipping industry. Headquartered in Haugesund, Norway with regional offices in the UK, Poland, and Malta. Our vessels are operating worldwide. Østensjø's management is never afraid of investing in its people, fleet or pioneering new technologies to make its vessels safer, greener and more efficient. This has resulted in Østensjø being the first to introduce many technologically innovative solutions.
