Founded in 1936, Nassau Financial Federal Credit Union has over 80 years of service to the Nassau County community. Originally chartered to serve employees of the Nassau County Courthouse, over the years our charter has expanded to include everyone who lives, works, worships, goes to school or volunteers in Nassau County. Today, we have over $400 Million in Assets and serve over 23,000 members.As a financial cooperative, Nassau Financial serves its members with higher rates on savings and lower rates on loans. Because membership lasts a lifetime, people can remain a member even if they move, change jobs or retire out of state, simply by maintaining a $5 minimum balance in their Primary Savings account.
