NDSM will work with the Manufacturer and Retailers to maximize the potential for long-term success for the products. By knowing the Retailers needs, NDSM will work closely with each manufacturer to ensure: 1-That there are no surprises from the retailer; 2-That plans fit retailers needs while maximizing the manufacturer's profit potential; and 3-What to expect from the retailer in terms of costs, retails, competition, marketing, and positioning. The longer the products are "on-shelf", the greater the increase and return on the investment.
