Brook Bakery is a family-owned company founded in 1988 it began by baking for its own retail outlet but soon found its products in demand. By 1999, production had moved to an industrial unit and today it operates from a brand new, purpose-built facility.At Brook Bakery we offer award-winning, high-quality breadcakes and bread loaves in white, brown and granary, as well as speciality bread. We produce fresh pastries and confectionary every day; from traybakes and muffins to loaf cakes. Each of our products are tasteful, made with care and are well presented. We have supplied goods to large organisations such as British Airways, Bookers and B&M. As well as bespoke products to local football teams. We have 30 years of experience in producing and delivering high-quality products, in which we hope to make a real difference to customers through building connections and providing a reliable service.
