After 40+ years of experience in the Interior Design industry, former ASID member with both local and nationally published projects, and an additional 20 years experience in luxury Real Estate, the idea that our new world will dramatically change how we interact as Client and Designer/Agent has me turning to another skill I am passionate about. 3-D CAD drawing and rendering. Architectural visualization, virtual design, 3D CAD renderings, all now will play a more important role in the industry.We can show you the finished product before you start, and add or change a furniture piece, a fabric until we have it perfect. We can show you your spaces whether it is a one room project or an entire structure. I can work with pieces you already own, work with you throughout your project or even give you a complete original including specifying the items for you. We love to work with other designers, you tell me what to draw and we obey. This technology has so many applications. The Interior Designer that doesn't have this type of skill. The Realtor that needs staging...virtual staging. The Builder that wants his spec home on the market...virtual photos. The Manufactured Home industry. See before building. The Home Owner who just wants some help putting their home together. on and on...And we can do it long distance.Using photos, square footage on real estate listings and google and county maps, we can generally work from these simple items to put your home or business in 3D from a distance.
