Homeless Outreach Program, Integrated Care System, A Division of Special Services for Groups or HOPICS is a multi-service agency that strengthens households in Service Planning Area 6 (SPA 6) in Los Angeles County. We host a comprehensive menu of services that affect multiple pieces of the continuum of care. We are one of the largest housing and homeless service agencies in Los Angeles County and the largest in SPA 6. We serve poor and low-income households with a client centered whatever it takes approach, which is why we are recognized leaders in direct service and advocacy for those experiencing homelessness and housing instability in Los Angeles County.
