PGAS specializes in Optical Internal Alignments of gas turbines, including the doweling machining. We can supply all new vertical dowels, horizontal body bounds, and shims and gibs for the bearing alignment. F5, F6B, F6FA, F7FA, F7FB, F7B, F7C, F7E, F7EA, F7H, F9FA, F9FB, F9B, F9B-E, and F9H. We have onsite machining capabilities for gas and steam turbines, including but not limited to valve stud drilling, any and all boring bar machining (including patch rings in gas units and removing/replacing seals in diaphragms), Seal Key machining, F5 High Tech machining, etc.We also offer onsite/shop certified welders for fabrication and repairs for diaphragms, transitions, etc.We also will perform Laser Internal Alignments with a Faro Laser Tracker.
