My firm is a land surveying company specializing in the location of real estate for both the private and public sector. We research and analysis property owner RECORDS, then field establish the boundary of the land(s). We can create written descriptions of newly produced parcels from actual field surveys. We provide topographical mapping of developable sites/corridors for use in engineering/architectural design. We have created specialty mapping for permitting purposes, exemption subdivisions, condominium plats, and ALTA's for use in sale/lease/purchase agreements. We can provide field layout services for all types of construction, as well as expert witness testimony for matters relating to the field of land surveying. We have worked on unusual projects such as water rights surveys, hydrographic surveys, subsidence surveys, environmental surveys, utility surveys, and control networks for large projects. I operate my business with the use of modern day survey equipment and office software, ie - Trimble GPS and AutoCAD. I am licensed in both Colorado and Wyoming with over 35 years of land surveying experience.
